You don’t have to stay stuck.

Therapy gives you the clarity and support to create a better life.

You’ve been trying to hold it all together, but you’re running out of steam. Maybe it’s anxiety, depression, burnout, or just a low-grade feeling that something isn’t right. You’re tired of snapping at the people you love. You’re tired of doubting yourself. You want to feel grounded and hopeful again. But real change takes more than just wishing for it—it takes insight, tools, and support. That’s where therapy comes in.

How Tom Page, LCPC, can help:

I help people get their lives back on track in three key ways:

  1. Diagnose how you’re stuck. If you can’t name the problem, you’ll stay in the loop. I’ll help you see it clearly. I’ll be kind—and I’ll be honest.

  2. Address the root causes. We’ll unpack your story and understand the coping strategies you’ve developed along the way.

  3. Teach practical skills. Most people want to change—they just don’t know how. I’ll teach you what to say, what to do, and how to move forward.

I approach therapy like a coach or mentor. I won’t pretend to have it all figured out—but I’ve done the work and I’m still doing it. Everything I offer, I’ve found useful in my own life.

“Tom called hope into being for me, imagining and believing when I could not. I am unhesitant in recommending him for anyone wanting change, yet doubtful it can occur. I am proof that it can happen!”

— Peter (former client)

About Tom Page, LCPC

I help people get their lives back on track by identifying what’s keeping them stuck, exploring the roots of those patterns, and learning practical, repeatable skills for change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, or just a low-grade sense that something’s off—I’m here to help you figure it out.

I use a mix of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and mindfulness practices, depending on your goals and needs. This approach is trauma-informed and gently challenging. My clients often tell me how surprising it is to get to know their inner world in such a meaningful way.

I’ve been a licensed therapist since 2012, and I’m constantly learning and growing my practice. But more importantly—I’m not coming at this from a distance. Everything I teach, I practice. I'm not just a therapist; I’m someone who's done (and continues to do) the work.

If you're ready for growth, I’d be honored to walk with you.
