A Reflection Challenge

It's the last week of August! Can you believe it?

This month we've been exploring the topic of healthy boundaries.

So far, we've talked about how boundaries are self-imposed limits that protect what matters most to us. We've explored how boundaries are about our behavior, not someone else's. We've discussed why boundaries aren't walls, how love requires honesty (which is a kind of boundary), and why it can be so difficult to say no to good things even when they threaten the best things.

Today, though, I just want to leave you with one simple reflection question:

Where do you struggle to hold healthy boundaries?

Take a few minutes to think about it. Get curious about why. Consider one practical, positive step you could take.

And if you're feeling courageous, hit reply and let me know where you tend to struggle. I'd genuinely love to hear from you.

Consider it a small practice in awareness, ownership, and growth. 🙂

Happy to be in your corner,

Tom Page, LCPC
